Description
Session 1- Surya Namaskar with ‘altered’ breathing patterns aimed at maximising the flexibility and potential of the breathing mechanism.
Session 2 – A meditation through the Chakras with affirmations relating to their elemental connections – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Akash, with Mind and Spirit representing Ajna and Sahasrara.
