This A4, fully illustrated Manual, gives a comprehensive programme of progressive practices that aim to introduce Basic Yoga Breathing and Pranayama throughout the first year of a student’s journey into Yoga. They are presented in a logical structure that will take 10 – 15 minutes within a general Yoga class of 60/90 minutes. This takes the form of a detailed lesson by lesson plan over the first 40 weeks. There is also a general look at developmental practices for Year’s 2 and 3.
